I worked with Morgan on the purchase of my new home in Salina. I’m moving from out of state and the majority of the purchase process was done virtually. Morgan has a great eye for seeing potential issues with houses and it put a lot of the stress of purchasing a home from out of state at ease knowing that I had such a knowledgeable realtor working for me. She listened to my wants and needs and often times was able to see something in a house that I would not have thought about. Her knowledge and understanding of the Salina market is second to none. She was also very patient with me while I was searching and never hesitated to offer a virtual walk through of a house. She really cares about her clients and it shows. There were several homes that I was interested in based off of the listing photos and Morgan was very open and honest when it came to the house vs the listing. At one point she stated that she “wanted to sell me a house, but not that house.” This kind of attitude made it very apparent that while this is her job, she also wants to find her clients the right house instead of just closing for a paycheck. I feel as though I was given as much attention as a relocating client as I would have been given as a local client through the whole process from viewing to inspection and through closing. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, honest and caring realtor for a seem less home buying experience, I can’t recommend Morgan enough!
