Met Jody at the open house and liked her. Signed with SalinaHomes and got handed to Morgan for day-to-day. Morgan stopped answering texts for 5 days during negotiations. When I finally reached Jody, she said “Morgan’s handling it” and didn’t help. We missed our option period because nobody told us the deadline. If you pitch as a team, act like a team. Felt passed around with zero accountability.

Working with Morgan was truly an incredible experience. She went above and beyond for our family in ways we never expected. Morgan actually helped us get into our home before it even officially came on the market, which already showed how dedicated she was to helping us find the right place. When it came time to make an offer, Morgan suggested something we hadn’t even thought about. That one suggestion ended up being the reason our offer was accepted and ultimately what got us the house. Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail made such a huge difference. Throughout the entire process, Morgan and her team were always available, supportive, and genuinely had our best interests in mind. It never felt like we were just another client—she truly cared about helping our family find the right home. Jody and Morgan suggested listing $20k over every comp in Salina “because the market’s hot.” We agreed. 45 days on market, 2 showings total. No open houses, no feedback calls, no price discussion. We asked to adjust and got “it’s a slow season.” New agent listed at actual comp value and had 6 showings + offer in 10 days. You’re supposed to know the local market — that’s why we hired you.
